When you take a break from the books, you'll have access to a range of leisure and social facilities, to make your time at university in Manchester a memorable one. Langdale Courtyard offers a large cinema room, complete with full HD surround sound entertainment system, with Sky Sports and Sky Movies to keep you entertained. We also offer a fully equipped games room with pool table, table tennis, fussball and vending machines. In the warmer months, make the most of the large sprawling gardens and tennis court. You'll always be able to find the space to study, relax and make new friends.

Getting around

Victoria Park is a leafy green residential suburb to the south of Manchester city centre. Langdale Courtyard is located between two busy bus routes, offering a fast and efficient 24-hour bus service to the city centre. A Tesco Metro, Lidl and Poundland are also within walking distance. Residents may use the on-site parking facility and the secure bike storage, to make the most of the Manchester Cycleway. Langdale Courtyard is just a 15-20-minute walk to the University of Manchester campus and the Manchester Metropolitan University campus.
